Special Yoga Class with Reiki Energy Healing

In this speical class, Sabrina will lead you through an all levels guided Vinyassa flow, infused with Reiki Energy healing throughout.  Reiki is a method of energy balancing which is known to help relieve stress, promote a sense of wellbeing and clarity, help with insomnia, heal past and present emotional and spiritual pain and balance energy levels within the body, mind, and soul. 

Investment: $15 members, $20 non-members

** Reiki master Sabrina will be available for one-on-one reiki sessions before and after the class. Availablity is very limited; the following timeslots are offered. (45 mins each) 6pm, 7pm, 9:15pm. Investment for each session is $105. To reserve, please email info@yogalightstudio.ca
