This series of Kundalini Yoga classes offer the tools of breath, meditation and kriya exercises to bring optimal vitality and energy flow for you as a whole being. Each class will work with some of the most important systems including the nervous system, endocrine system and chakra system to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
