TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Auto-renew memberships require a minimum four month commitment, whereby the monthly price plus HST is charged to your credit card once per month starting on the first day of the auto renew membership. Payments will then be withdrawn from your credit card once per month, until you cancel. Cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days written notice, by sending an email to info@yogalightstudio.ca. Cancellation cannot be effected verbally, at the studio or on the phone. One hold per six month period, after the expiry of the four month minimum commitment. Maximum hold period of 60 days. Declined credit card charge: $25.

  • New member special is available for 1st-time members only and cannot be put on hold. This membership entitles the member to 30 consecutive days of yoga, limited to 4 classes per week, starting on the date of the first class.​​

  • You may suspend memberships of 6 months or longer one time for any reason for a maximum period of 60 days. 7 days notice is required to hold a membership.

​​

  • Memberships and class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be shared.

​

  • All class cards expire within one year from the date of purchase. 1 extension of 3 months is permitted, $60 administration fee applies. 

​

  • Purchase of a class pass or membership does not guarantee admittance into any class, due to the studio’s class capacity limits which may vary, cancellation of a class, or other reasons.  

​

  • If on the waitlist for a class, please be prepared to attend with notice of 30 minutes or more. If you are not certain you will be able to attend, please remove your name from the waitlist. Once admitted into class, class cancellation rules apply

 

  • Admittance to a class is not allowed after the posted start time of the class. Arrival to class late is considered a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply.

  • Class packages cannot be used towards Reformer Classes. Passes for reformer classes are to be purchased separately. 

​

  • Cancellation policy: you may cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start time of class. Cancellations may only be effected online, staff cannot accept cancellations over the phone or by email. Any cancellations with less than the required notice, will incur a penalty as follows: loss of the class, plus a $10 charge applied to your credit card.

    • No Shows will incur a penalty as follows: loss of the class, plus a $20 charge applied to your credit card​.

    • Cancellation Policy for Reformer classes is as follows: Reformer classes may be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the class. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a penalty of loss of the class.   Reformer Classes may only be cancelled online; emailing, messaging, or calling to studio or instructors will not be accepted as a cancellation.

  • No latecomers to classes. Latecomers will forfeit the class, and the cancellation penalty will apply.​

​

  • Discounted prices – Discounted prices are available for a limited time only and may be discontinued at any time without notice. One discounted purchase per person.

  • Visa and MasterCard accepted for online purchases.

​​

  • Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cash accepted for in-studio purchases. 

​​

  • 10% off regular prices for seniors (age 60 or older) and full-time students with presentation of photo ID and member card (if applicable) *excluding Auto-Renew Memberships and the New Member Special, merchandise and sale prices.

​

  • Please review the Studio Etiquette page for additional practices and protocols that are in effect at the studio, and which form part of the terms and conditions of all purchases. Anyone found in violation of the Studio Etiquette or other studio policies, may have his or her membership or class passes suspended temporarily or permanently, without a refund of the purchase price.
