DAILY CLASSES
We offer daily classes at the studio, a number of which are also simultaneously live-streamed for online participation.
To participate in in-studio or online classes, please sign up online, and please note the following:

The sign up window for all classes closes 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Cancellation policy: you must cancel 2 hours in advance of the start time of any in-studio class that you sign up for, failing which you will lose the class, and a $10 cancellation fee will be automatically applied to your account. Please cancel online. Emailing, calling, or visiting the studio will not be accepted as effective cancellation. There is a no show charge of $20.

Latecomers are not permitted to in-studio classes. As such, latecomers will forfeit the class and incur the no show fee of $20.
