One of our Yoga Advisors at the front desk can assist you in selecting the best class for you if you are not certain.
If you are new to the studio and would like to arrange a tour prior to your first visit, please contact us to set up and appointment. During these changing times, our studio hours have been reduced, such that we are open only 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of each class, after which the studio doors are locked. As well, all classes must be reserved online, as drop-ins are temporarily not permitted.
WHAT TO BRING
Mat, Water & Towel
Mats and towel rentals are temporarily suspended, so please bring your own.
You can use the studio’s filtered water tap to fill your water bottle.
Beverages and snacks are available to purchase.
WHAT TO WEAR
We suggest that you wear light and comfortable clothing, similar to
what you would wear for an indoor exercise class.
Yoga is practiced barefoot, so please leave your shoes at the
entrance of the studio in the space provided.
