NEW TO THE STUDIO
We welcome all new class participants to the studio, whether you are brand new to yoga and pilates, or an experienced practitioner. You may purchase a single class, class passes, or monthly memberships. To enrol in a class, visit our sign-up page HERE.
Before making a purchase, please thoroughly review the Studio Etiquette and other policies posted on the website, as well as the online Waiver which you will be required to sign prior to enrolling in any classes. If you are not certain about which class to enrol in, please contact the studio and speak to one of our Yoga Advisors at the front desk, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To arrange a tour of the studio, please contact us to set up an appointment. Reception hours are 15 minutes prior to the start of every class, as well as weekday evenings from 5:30–9pm, and Saturdays from 8:30am-12pm.
Please also note that all classes must be reserved online, as drop-ins may not be permitted. The sign up window for all classes closes 15 minutes prior to the start time.
WHAT TO BRING
Mat, Water & Towel
We highly recommend that you bring your own mat and towel to class. Mats are available to rent for $5, or purchase in the boutique (prices as marked).
You can use the studio’s filtered water tap to fill your water bottle.
Beverages and snacks are available to purchase.
WHAT TO WEAR
We suggest that you wear light and comfortable clothing, similar to what you would wear for an indoor exercise class.
Yoga is practiced barefoot, so please leave your shoes at the entrance of the studio in the space provided.
You may bring indoor flip-flops to wear throughout the studio, if you would feel more comfortable to do so.
We believe that yoga is for everyone, and strive to make it as accessible as possible to all. If you are experiencing financial strain and cost is affecting your ability to attend yoga classes, please email the studio with the following information: information you would like to share regarding annual income, expenses, employment, purchase option you are interested in, how often you would like to attend classes, and whether or not you would be willing to participate in Energy Exchange.
