Intro To Kundalini Yoga
Time & Location
Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening energy in the body, through regular practices that include mantra, asana and meditation. Practicing this form of yoga can bring about emotional reckoning, a release of energy blocks, and a mystical, intimate connection with the divine.
Each session in the series will work with some of the most important systems including the nervous system, endocrine system and chakra system to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Participants will complete the series with an improved perspective of their potential and life.
Designed with love for all levels, no prior experience required. This series spans over the course of 4 weeks, and we encourage students to fully immerse and commit to all 4 weeks to fully benefit from the experience. However, drop-ins will be permitted subject to availability.
