This course offers a guide to understanding, working with and developing your connection to your chakra system. The three lowest chakras relate to our personal relationship to self; we then focus our attention on our relationship with others in the central chakras; and eventually we are ready to enter the more refined state of consciousness of the upper chakras.
Yoga is one of the most basic ways to balance each chakra because it creates alignment in the physical body. Balancing and stabilizing your physical body through asana (yoga posture) practice also rebalances your subtle body. This realigns the chakras, which regulate specific behaviors, and makes it easier to overcome outdated patterns, beliefs, and habits. This course will also teach you how to create an energetically balanced yoga flow by creating a sequence that uses physical postures to work through each of the chakras.
