To live a balanced, healthy life we must be able to focus our minds and regulate our stress response. In learning and implementing yogic practices, one can find relief from suffering and prevent disease by strengthening the connection to the body, mind and spirit. This course will teach you how to use conscious breathing, movements, chanting and meditation to influence your physiological state and improve your quality of life. We will also discuss visualization, diet and lifestyle recommendations based on Ayurveda teachings.
