Yoga with Live DJ

This 90 minute special event will include live music by DJ Carmelinda DiManno, as yoga instructor Amanda Vitaro leads participants through a dynamic all-levels yoga flow. The class will conculde with an intention-setting meditation also set to live music, which will help to keep you on a journey of continued growth, evolution and ultimately pure inner peace. 

Door prizes, refresehments, and snacks will be included.
